Yoga 101

Service Description

Have you always wanted to learn more about the practice of yoga, but aren't ready to jump into a group class? Have an injury and wonder how you can work around it and still do yoga? Yup, we can help with that too. This class is for you! We'll go over the basics of a yoga class. We'll try out some poses with a lot of instruction and time for questions. Come alone or bring a friend. All are welcome. Class size is limited for lots of attention.
