21 Day Meditation Journey

Let's get on the mat to meditate.  This is a 21 day journey to begin or restart a meditation practice.  


You'll receive an email each day with a meditation practice.  You can do the practice any time during the day.


We'll try various methods for meditating working up gradually from 5 minute sessions to 20 minutes.

This program is appropriate for beginners and experienced meditators. 


There are so many benefits to be gained from this practice including - reduced stress and anxiety, controlling emotions, becoming more present.
