I want to share something that feels important for our community.
Our studio is small, and class sizes can vary a lot—some days we have a full room of 15, and other days it might be just one person on their mat. It varies, and that’s simply part of who we are. But no matter what the numbers look like, every student who shows up matters.
For the Ones Who Show Up
There’s something really special about simply showing up.
Rolling out your mat, taking a breath, and choosing to be here—whether it’s been a great day, a long week, or you’re just trying to get back into a routine.
And we want you to know this:
we’re always happy to teach, even if you’re the only one who walks through the door.
Honestly, those classes can be amazing. They create space for a more personal connection—where the teacher can really tune in to you, your pace, your needs, and what your body is asking for that day.
Some days the room is full and buzzing. Other days, it’s quiet and intimate. Both are valuable. Both matter. And both help build the kind of community we love.
Because at the heart of yoga is the relationship between teacher and student. Over time, that relationship becomes familiar, supportive, and genuinely meaningful. We get to know what helps you feel strong, where you need a little encouragement, and how to help you grow in your practice.
To everyone who keeps showing up—regulars, newcomers, and those returning after time away—you’re the reason this studio feels alive. Your consistency, your effort, and your willingness to step onto your mat… it all counts.
My teacher always said “the most important part of teaching is unlocking the door”.
One student or many, your presence is important.
And we’re grateful every time you choose to practice with us.
