This class is for every body! It offers a softer, slower approach, focusing on basic alignment and poses, breath and relaxation. Props are used to adapt each pose for your body’s maximum benefit and ease. Strengthening, stretching and balancing in standing poses, wall and floor work are included as well as breath work, meditation and deep relaxation. We may also use myofascial release to heal and open the body. Suitable for beginners and advanced practitioners alike, as well as students coming back from injury or illness.
