Class Descriptions

Looking to unwind after a long day at work? Wanting to smooth out those crunchy body parts? Wishing you could harness that energy that deserted you long ago?

 

All classes are fully guided by expertly trained teachers. Whether you’re a newbie or advanced yogi, we’re here to help transform you from the inside out. 

 

We set the temperature of the room for your comfort and play music to enhance the experience. Allowing you to focus on your practice of connecting with your body and breath—leaving the chaos and judgement outside of the studio space.

 

Read through the classes below—if one sounds like it was made just for you, sign up! The yoga mats (           )are there to help guide you in the level of intensity (Note: All classes are taught with plenty of guidance and options for modifications). 

Unwind        - Stretch your body to melt away the tension. We’ll move through poses that are specifically designed to strengthen and stretch muscles that support a healthy spine. Modifications and the use of props will be offered to address your unique needs. You’ll feel well oiled and ready to move with ease in all your daily adventures.  

 

Blend                  - Do you love a mix of movement for strength and softness for flexibility?  Then this class is for you. After centering with the breath, we’ll move through a nice balance of seated poses to stretch and open the body and standing postures that create heat, strength, and energy. Finishing with some nice holding poses. We’ll get the entire body involved using the breath as a guide creating strength and flexibility in the body and calm for the mind. You’ll be ready to take on your day with renewed joy and ease.  

 

Flow                   - Get out of the mind and connect with the body through breath-guided flowing movement. You’ll find inner joy through guided poses sequenced to create strength and flexibility in the body while dissolving stress. This body, mind, breath connection allows us to take this sense of calm with us through the rest of our day. The body will be ready for all of your hobbies during the day and restful sleep at night.
