Summer Retreat
Service Description
Join us for a nourishing half-day summer retreat designed to deepen your connection to your yoga practice through mindful movement, meditation, and intentional rest. This immersive in-house experience offers the perfect opportunity to slow down, reconnect, and reset in a supportive studio environment. Over the course of 4 hours, we will explore: Guided meditation and breathwork A thoughtful yoga practice with detailed breakdowns of postures and alignment Techniques to build greater awareness, stability, and confidence in your practice Time outdoors to ground, reflect, and enjoy the energy of summer Space for relaxation, connection, and renewal A catered lunch will be provided to complete the experience. Whether you are looking to refine your practice or simply take time for yourself, this retreat is open to all levels and designed to leave you feeling refreshed, centered, and inspired. Your guide for this experience is Caitlin Concannon who brings her wealth of experience in all things yoga, meditation and mindfulness. She is excited to share the afternoon with you.
